At Coloseal.in, we value your trust and strive to deliver high-quality Ostomy care products. Due to the sensitive and hygienic nature of our products, our return and refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of our healthcare products.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
You received a defective or damaged product.
You received an incorrect product (different from what you ordered).
The issue is reported to us within 7 days of delivery (or your company’s preferred time frame).
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once delivered, unless defective or wrongly shipped:
Opened or partially used ostomy bags, pouches, or related accessories.
Products with broken seals, tampered packaging, or missing components.
Items purchased on clearance/sale marked as non-returnable.
3. Return Process
If your order qualifies for return:
Email us at Support@coloseal.in within 7 days of delivery, along with your Order ID, product details, and pictures of the issue.
Our support team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or request you to ship the item back to us.
The returned product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product).
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order once your refund is processed.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at Support@coloseal.in.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
