We currently ship orders across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
In case of high demand, unforeseen delays, or stock unavailability, we will notify you via email or phone.
3. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote areas may take longer.
Delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and courier details.
You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make up to two delivery attempts.
If the package is not accepted or delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete, please notify us immediately at Support@coloseal.in within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the package.
We will investigate and take appropriate action (replacement or refund, as per our Return & Refund Policy).
8. Change of Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us before the order is dispatched.
Once shipped, address changes cannot be made.
